Transfer Key Schedule Revit
Option after picking the appropriate object category.
Transfer key schedule revit. The screenshot below shows a door-based key schedule called Door Style Schedule. While key schedules are simple to setup and commonly used to assign multiple parameters in a single Revit file maintaining synchronized key schedules across multiple Revit files is not fully supported OOTB. Paste the schedule from the clipboard Ctrl V.
Select the Copy to Clipboard option then simply navigate to your project and type CtrlV on your keyboard. In the first project right click on the name of the schedule you want to copy and choose Copy to Clipboard. We would like to add roughly 10 parameters that schedules when we make the equipment schedule in Revit.
7262013 Well you need to think through the problem. You define keys using key schedules. An unfortunate side effect of this is that information that is controlled by a key schedule cannot appear in a tag.
For example if you created a key name called Room Style add this key to the schedule. Then we should be able to Copy Paste it. We will often use schedules particularly key schedules as general notes on sheets so while we were recreating the macro as a plugin we added the ability to work with schedule views as well.
Click Modify ScheduleQuantities tabRows panelInsert Data Row to add rows to the table. That mantra holds true in many programs not just Revit. When in doubt right-click.
Since you cannot transfer updates to existing Key Schedules from one project to another I needed a way to export the data to a standardized key schedule definition so that I could easily import that updated definition information. Select the schedule from the sheet and copy to the clipboard Ctrl C. Schedules cannot be transferred using the Transfer Project Standards tool.
