Transfer Xbox Live To Different Email

The only way to transfer a gamertag to a different Microsoft account is through the Xbox 360 at this time.

I have my Xbox Live account linked to an email address that I dont use that much and I was wondering if I can transfer my records to another email address.

There isnt a way to do it through the Xbox. This is done by clicking on Add email typing in the address then clicking Add alias. A new email address.
