Transferred Number Not Receiving Texts

Not receiving text messages on my new phone.

Transferred number not receiving texts. I spent several hours last night in a chat line with Apple. About Phone but then select Status. Messages and tap Send.

It seems the problem is with iMessage picking up the unused giffgaff number from the new sim and not finding my transferred number. Still not receiving texts on my new phone. After doing that just restart your phone and its should workout if not.
