Zelle transfer not showing up. If the payment status is pending the recipient may not have enrolled their mobile number or email address to receive the payment. But that is different from reversing a payment which would occur after a payment is cleared. If your bank uses Zelle either set it up or ask them to turn it off.

If the payment is not accepted in time it will be canceled and the full payment amount will be returned to your account. First make sure that you are only enrolling a Visa. The BOA rep basically said the same thing.
From the navigation menu on the top left of the main screen in the Chase Mobile app or from the Pay and Transfer drop-down on Chase Business Online.
